Your First Visit
From the first call with our patients, our goal is to develop a personal relationship and mutual respect and understanding. This sets the foundation for a lifetime of dental wellness. We’ll collect your insurance and personal information over the phone so we are prepared to care for you when you arrive. Depending on your needs, we schedule a hygiene appointment for a full new patient exam and cleaning. If you’re reaching out to us to schedule an emergency visit, we will schedule an exam with Dr. Gilsdorf.
Patient Forms
When you schedule your first appointment with us, we’ll send you a link that will direct you to our new patient forms online. The portal we use is completely secure, so after you’re done, simply submit the forms and our team will gain access to your information. If we have any questions or concerns, we’ll call you before your appointment!

Dental Insurance
We welcome your dental insurance and are happy to file claims on your behalf to maximize your benefits. If you have any questions concerning your insurance plan, our team will gladly assist you! Just give us a call! We’re also proud to be contracted with the VA, so if you’re a veteran, we would love to have you as a patient!

If you have an out-of-pocket balance, you can sign-up for CareCredit to split the cost of treatment into smaller, easier to manage monthly payments.
